"To me, there’s nothing like making 'something' out of nothing"
Owner Marchien van den Berg has always known that she wanted to work with flowers someday. It’s simply in her genes. "I was fascinated with flowers since I can remember. Although our neighbours were not always that happy when I would pick their flowers to make bouquets".
Making something out of nothing
Marchien simply loves making something out of nothing. She loves to combine something ‘corny and trendy’ into a rare new creation. She has completed no fewer than six vocational flower training courses and worked for five florists. Today she runs her very own colourful and distinctive flower shop with fabulous items and bright colours, varying from lavishly coloured glassware and works of art, such as vases, bell-glasses and life-sized sheep.
